Notes:
1. This letter is also seen - but rarely in West Africa - as a capital N with
a hook under the right leg.
2. In Senegalese orthography, the n-tilda - ñ - is used instead. In the
orthography of Niger, ny us used instead.
3. This letter is also seen as the larger form of the lower case letter.
4. In Nigerian orthography, apostrophe y - 'y - is used instead.
5. This letter is also seen with the hook on the right instead of the left,
especially in print publications.
