Association Internationale de Linguistique Appliquée (AILA) or International Association of Applied Linguistics is the international federation of national or regional associations of applied linguistics.

Applied linguistics associations from 33 countries (none from Africa) are "affiliate" members of AILA. AILA also has an "International Committee" with 33 country-level members, including CAMAILA? from Cameroon and SAALA? from South Africa.

AILA was founded in France in 1964. It is an NGO? having Formal Consultative Relations (FCR) with UNESCO.

AILA supports a language policy network called LPREN.
