CMS

A Content Management System (CMS) is a software system used to organize, develop and post digital information, such as web content. As such, CMS programs are commonly used for building and maintaining websites.

En français: Système de gestion de contenu (SGC). Em português: Sistema de gerenciamento de conteúdo (SGC).

Comparisons of CMSs

The two most popular open source CMS are Drupal and Joomla!. Drupal is quite an extensible and scalable CMS and has good support for i18n.

Multilingual support in CMS

Drupal has excellent support for multi-lingual sites.

SPIP also has multilingual support (their site has been localised in several languages)
