Follow-up

Follow up is suggested as a term marketing the localised software, dealing with the it in the field, responding to users' reactions and suggestions. It is the second of two steps to achieve sustainability in localisation. The first step is follow-through.

Follow-up in principle entails a lot of other issues as well, as it relates to communication and marketing, user skills, and even policies.
